In the event of inclement weather delays, cancellations, or other events that require alerting guardians promptly we have a system that will send out automated calls, text messages, and emails.

Emails will come from noreply@usd313.org. Phone calls will come from 620-543-5899. Text messages will indicate they are from Buhler USD 313 at the beginning of the message

Contact information comes from PowerSchool. Please ensure you have included the correct information for your student's contacts that need to receive these updates. Call your school secretary or update your information in the parent PowerSchool app.

In case of power failure, snowstorms or any other emergency resulting in a condition that would endanger the health of students, school shall be dismissed and students delivered to their respective homes as soon as possible provided the emergency cannot be corrected that day.

Parents should instruct the student and the office of any special circumstances resulting from early dismissal. Buhler USD 313 will attempt to accommodate all the situations regarding the student's best interests. 

Those who transport their own students should listen for news reports and monitor our social media channels. If in the judgment of school officials it is wise not to have school because of storm conditions or other circumstances, Buhler USD 313 will notify the following radio and television stations:
