Food Tracker (Go-to B-Well teammates, Kara Voss and Melissa Siemens)
Keeping track of food consumed can help you make changes to your diet and lose weight. You can use it to improve your health by tracking what you eat and drink. This can help you understand your eating habits.
Participants will track food consumed in a 24 hour period for 30 consecutive days. This includes food, drink, and condiments. You may use the following to track your food:

WEIGHT LOSS COMMUNITY - Tap into the Lose It! community for inspiration, guidance, support and challenges.
My FitnessPal - An app and website that tracks diet and exercise to determine optimal caloric intake and nutrients for the users' goals and uses gamification elements to motivate users.
ITrackBites - Food database, Restaurant database, Barcode Scanner, Weight Tracker, Community... You name it, our app has everything you need to succeed and reach your health and fitness goals. Similar to Weight Watchers
Food must be tracked for 30 consecutive days and completed by Jan. 31st.
Level 2 Activity--Nutrition Presentation and Reflection (Go-to B-Well Teammate-Lori Zachary)
Alyssa Lesser (a former BHS graduate) is a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with Genesis Health Clubs in Salina. She will be presenting on healthy food choices and proper serving sizes. This presentation will give helpful information to go along with the tracking challenge for this Level. Alyssa will be presenting on December 4th at 4:00 in the PHMS library. If you are unable to attend we will have a video of her presentation available along with a reflection to complete. If you attend, you do NOT need to do the reflection.
