Sandy Rempel graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her first job was Director/Teacher at Trinity Lutheran Preschool/Kindergarten in Garden City. While in Garden City, she later served as a Reading Teacher, Bilingual Kindergarten teacher and eventually a Kindergarten teacher. Sandy and her family moved to Hutchinson in 2000 where she taught 2nd grade and Kindergarten in Haven. She has been a kindergarten teacher in Buhler since 2003 (with one year as a first grade teacher). Sandy has served in many leadership capacities; District Kindergarten Team Leader, District ELA Focus Team, State of Kansas Full Day Kindergarten Task Force, State of Kansas Kindergarten Screener Presentation Team, and Reno County K-Ready Team. She is active in her church where she is on the Our Redeemer Early Learning Center Dream Team.
Samantha Neill graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Secondary Education, English Language Arts. She has been teaching 9th and 10th grade ELA for 14 years; all of which have been in Buhler. She has a passion for advocating for students and put that in action when teaching Impact English. Sam is a building leader serving on the SIT team, organizes Citizenship Day, and sponsors Key Club. She is also the District PDC Chairperson and a SEED Writing Presenter. One of the highlights of leadership for Sam was attending the Regional ECET2 Conference and then planning the Kansas ECET2 Conference.
